Valley Supported Living is a supported living scheme for adults with learning disabilities, run by family members. It was set up by a group of parents from the Rossendale Valley in 2003 who wished to see their sons and daughters settled in homes.

The aim of the organisation is to assist people with learning disabilities who currently live in the Rossendale Valley, or those who previously lived in the valley and wish to return to live here, to find ordinary housing in their own area, and to provide paid support teams who will assist individuals according to their personal needs and wishes.

The person to be supported will be actively involved at each stage of the planning process for their future, in conjunction with Valley and other service providers.nof their own choosing, with support teams they have been involved in employing.
