The M3 Project is a non-for-profit 3rd sector organisation that offers a variety of accommodation services to homeless young people aged 16-25.

Everyone deserves a safe and stable place to live. Trying to find accommodation can be confusing, but there is help out there and you don’t have to wait until you’re on the streets before you can get it.

This accommodation is provided through Pennine Lancashire using supported lodgings as well as independent supported properties. We offer up to 13 supported lodgings placements as well as 9 supported accommodation placements for young families.

Our staff team work in a young person centred way to deliver housing related support to young people who find themselves homeless or in housing need, preparing and supporting them through a period of transition and into independent living.

M3 also deliver a Teenage Family Project for young parents aged 16-21 years old, and a Listening Project for young people aged 15 to 17 who are experiencing trouble at home and who may be threatened with homelessness.
