The Rossendale Debt Counselling Service is run by the charity Christians Against Poverty (CAP).
CAP is an award winning charity that offers free, face-to-face debt counselling to all. Our personal and long-term approach empowers people to get out of debt and learn budgeting skills with great success. 94% of our clients have said that our help was life transforming or a great help, and almost 90% of all bills and debts are paid on time by established clients every month.
In partnership with a consortium of local churches, Christians Against Poverty (CAP) offer help to people and families across the Rossendale Valley affected by debt problems.
