We are a small, local, not for profit community organisation in Rossendale providing a platform for art and creativity for everyone, promoting inclusion, wellbeing and facilitating education, enjoyment and community togetherness.

Believing that art is good for you, we provide a platform for art and creativity to all. Practicing and supporting art as a nourishing and engaging activity, our workshops are designed to activate the imagination, be inspirational and most of all FUN!

Arty Party people are facilitators. That is, we set up an enabling environment for people to learn, express and create autonomously through a process of discovery.

Arty Parties are tailored to each individual’s requirement. Our aim is to generate a fun, inspiring atmosphere where everyone enjoys each moment and designs their own masterpiece, while creating magical memories to last a lifetime.
Our workshops provide an experience where everyone can feel relaxed, have fun, make new friends and learn and create in a safe environment. Our varied activities inspire people to explore art and to use their imaginations while creating something personal they can be proud of.

We help guide participants to discover and explore the exciting world of colour, form and painting using a variety of mediums, looking at and discussing the work of notable artists. We experiment with different techniques; printing, pastels, collage, textiles and much more, in a colourful, unique and expressive way, developing motor and visual skills and creating wonderful works of art.
Creativity is good for the soul and the important thing is to enjoy yourself through creative expression.

We are passionate about recycling and upcycling with our art materials and do so whenever possible. Also, community togetherness, inclusion, caring and sharing. All these ingredients create the ethos of Arty Party Rossendale.

Workshops are held at Rawtenstall Unitarian Church Bank Street. Next to Barclays Bank BB4 7QW on the first and third Saturdays of every month
