Crook Hill Community Benefit Fund 2018
The 2018 Crook Hill Community Benefit Fund is open for applications from Community Groups.
The Crook Hill Community Benefit Fund has £35,000 available each year. Monies are provided by Hastings who own the Crook Hill wind farm and the Fund is managed by natonal grant-making charity, GrantScape.
Projects for which grants are requested must be located within 5km of the Crook Hill Wind Farm. This area overlaps the Eastern boundary of Rossendale and includes the area around Britannia, Shawforth and Whitworth.

The Fund accepts applications for grants between £250 and £10,000 and there is a single application round each year. The closing date for the 2018 funding round is 7 March 2018 (decision date: mid May 2018). Applications are welcomed for community projects which will benefit residents of the local area.
To be eligible you must be a local group with a written constitution, governing document or a set of rules and have a bank account with two signatories. Individuals and commercial organisations cannot apply.
