Age UK would like to know your views about their Integrated Care Programme (ICP)
The Age UK ICP service brings together voluntary, health and social care services to provide personalised support to people aged 50+ who are living with long term conditions and are at risk of unplanned hospital admissions.
Residents from around Haslingden have investigated how ‘social connectedness’ affects well-being and health inequalities in their community.

Are you a user or a volunteer of community transport services?
On 18 January 2018 the county council’s Cabinet agreed to consult on proposals to reduce funding by a third for community transport in Lancashire. This may mean loss, reduction and/or changes to these services including fare increases.
