Adult Community Services Consultation
NHS East Lancashire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is seeking the views of people who use adult community services.
This is to ensure that the CCG commissions the right services for those who need and use adult community nursing. It will help patients get the most out of the service and help services to see where improvements can be made.
The CCG wishes to hear from people who have used the following local health services:
- District Nursing – This is a service for patients who are unable to visit a GP or health centre and need nursing care at home
- Domiciliary Phlebotomy – This is routine blood testing for patients who are confined to their home due to illness or disability
- Tissue Viability – This is a specialist service provided by nurses who treat and improve the healing of wounds
If you have used any of these services, please make your views known.
